Youth Transition Program

Welcome to the Malheur County Youth Transition program (YTP) website! This program supports our Malheur County students from 9th grade to age 21. YTP counselors work with Malheur ESD and Vocational Rehabilitation to prepare and support our students throughout high school and into training, college, and employment.
